The strata fee here is low and includes both hot water and natural gas for the fireplace. The Fraser Valley (where Chilliwack is found) has one of the mildest climates in Canada and a short winter.
Our price of $154,900 includes five appliances - a matching Maytag washer and dryer set, and three, NEW, high-end, stainless steel kitchen appliances. Some furniture is also available at very modest prices - if you are interested.
Access to the USA border is only 31 kms away. The Trans-Canada Highway is only a five-minute drive away and one can be `on the road` to anywhere in Canada in that short time. If you are 65 or older, property taxes on this property are only $100 per year.
